Customer Care Executive (Male) – Mess / Tiffin Service (Dubai)

About Us:

We are a growing Mess and Tiffin service provider in Dubai, offering fresh, home-style meals with a focus on quality, timely delivery, and excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

Attend customer calls and respond to inquiries.

Manage day-to-day operations related to meal orders and delivery coordination.

Collect payments from customers and maintain proper records.

Ensure smooth communication between kitchen, delivery staff, and customers.

Handle basic administrative tasks and support overall customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Male candidate currently based in Dubai.

Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Malayalam an advantage).

Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, call handling).

Prior experience in customer service, delivery, or food industry preferred.

Must be honest, punctual, and customer-focused.
