Job Title: Customer Care Executive – Sales & Chat Support

Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years (B2C Chat Support)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Care Executive for Sales & Chat Support who can handle high-volume customer interactions professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle B2C customer chats professionally and in a timely manner
  • Manage 500–900 customer chats per day with accuracy and quality
  • Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities
  • Provide correct product/service information
  • Maintain chat quality, response time, and customer satisfaction
  • Follow company SOPs and communication guidelines

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2C chat support
  • Ability to manage high chat volume (500–900 chats daily)
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Sales-oriented mindset with customer handling skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Assessment Process:

  • Candidates will go through a live chat simulation test, where responses, tone, and problem-solving skills will be evaluated.
