We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Representative for our Propane Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Provide customers with accurate information about after-sales services and maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with the technical and sales teams to resolve client issues promptly.
- Record and update all customer interactions in the CRM system with attention to detail.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention
Requirements
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience in customer service or call centers (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage workload efficiently.
