We're a growing outdoor apparel and accessory company looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team in Argyle, TX. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Familiarity with hunting, fishing, or outdoor apparel is a plus.
What You'll Do:
- Assist D2C and B2B customers with product questions, recommendations, and order support
- Resolve customer concerns with timely, solution-focused service
- Process orders, returns, and new customer account setup
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Partner with Sales Representatives to support customer needs and communication
- Anticipate customer needs and identify reorder or cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer and order information in internal systems
- Provide cross-functional support with other Customer Experience teams, including Tradeshows & Events, Product Testing, and Sales Support, as needed
What You Bring:
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role (eCommerce or call center experience preferred)
- Clear communication skills - on the phone, in writing, and in person
- Quick learning, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and CRM systems (preferred)
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English (Spanish or other languages a bonus)
- Interest in outdoor lifestyles and apparel is a plus
Details:
- Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM.
- In-person role in Argyle, TX (relocation required if not local).

Physical Requirements:
- Sit for extended periods, type, answer phones, occasionally stand, and walk.
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
