Job Description:

Allied Digital Solutions is hiring female Customer Care Representatives (CCR) for our night shift team!

As a CCR, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them through phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Provide accurate product information and troubleshoot problems
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
• Document customer interactions in our CRM system
• Consistently meet or exceed performance targets and service standards

Qualifications:

• Female candidates only
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Excellent English communication skills (USA accent preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a night shift environment
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
