Customer Care Representative (Female)

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in clients
  • Provide detailed information about available apartments, shops and offices
  • Guide clients regarding prices, payment plans, and booking procedures
  • Maintain proper records of leads, inquiries, and client interactions
  • Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into sales
  • Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and bookings
  • Handle customer complaints and after-sales queries
  • Assist clients with documentation and file processing
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in dealing with clients face-to-face and on calls
  • Basic knowledge of real estate (plots, files, installments, etc.)
  • Sales and persuasion skills
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp handling)
  • Well-presented and professional attitude

Qualifications

  • Minimum: Intermediate (FA/FSc)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Commerce, or related field)
  • Experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is an advantage
  • Fresh candidates can also apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
