Key Responsibilities
- Attend customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in clients
- Provide detailed information about available apartments, shops and offices
- Guide clients regarding prices, payment plans, and booking procedures
- Maintain proper records of leads, inquiries, and client interactions
- Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into sales
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and bookings
- Handle customer complaints and after-sales queries
- Assist clients with documentation and file processing
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in dealing with clients face-to-face and on calls
- Basic knowledge of real estate (plots, files, installments, etc.)
- Sales and persuasion skills
- Good computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp handling)
- Well-presented and professional attitude
Qualifications
- Minimum: Intermediate (FA/FSc)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Commerce, or related field)
- Experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is an advantage
