Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and calls in a professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Record and manage customer interactions in the system
- Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
- Prior experience in customer support is preferred (but not mandatory)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
