Customer Care Representative (Full-Time)

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Job Details:

  • Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Location: [Your Office Location]

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and calls in a professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
  • Record and manage customer interactions in the system
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Prior experience in customer support is preferred (but not mandatory)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
