Customer Care Representatives (female)

We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team at our Gulshan office (Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 3). The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills. Candidates with command over Microsoft Excel and prior call center experience will be given priority.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up customer calls promptly
• handling customer inquiries, resolving issues
• Answer and manage phone calls and emails
• Maintain front desk and reception area
• Cater to customer demands according to their specifications

Requirements:

• Intermediate/Graduate level of education
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Well-organized and presentable
• Previous experience is a plus but not required
• Commissions & Bonuses
