Customer Care Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Process transactions and scheduling with precision.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry into our computerized system.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while assisting customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any ongoing concerns.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong phone etiquette skills are essential for effective communication with customers.
  • Bilingual candidate would be a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with office procedures and data entry practices is beneficial.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
