Full-Time | Day Shift | Rotating Saturdays (weekday off included)
$18–$28/hr + UNCAPPED Commission

What You’ll Actually Do

You are the first impression of The Third Estimate — and that voice matters.

You will:

• Manage high-volume inbound & outbound calls
• Identify homeowner needs through confident, consultative conversations
• Educate customers on roofing, siding, windows, and exterior solutions
• Schedule qualified, high-intent appointments for our Sales team
• Re-engage warm leads and past customers
• Maintain detailed CRM documentation
• Collaborate with Sales & Operations to ensure seamless handoffs
• Consistently hit — and exceed — daily & monthly KPIs

Experience That Helps

• 1–2+ years in customer service, inside sales, or call center
• Home improvement knowledge is a plus (we’ll train you)
• High school diploma or GED
