Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Support Executive (French Speaker) based in Dubai. The role involves delivering an exceptional customer experience by addressing client needs, managing accounts, and providing support tailored to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing client communications, building and maintaining strong relationships, delivering consultation services, and supporting sales opportunities by identifying client challenges and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.
