As a Customer Care Specialist, you are responsible for accepting calls from across our statewide footprint, analyzing information and finding the best solution for our customers, while maintaining the highest quality of service at all times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Some College is preferred
• Previous Call Center experience preferred
• Willingness to strive for exceptional efficiency and accuracy
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to interact and contribute in a team environment
