Typical duties:

• Receive and process customer orders, prepare required forms and determine the most cost-effective shipping method
• Data entry of all inventory transactions
• Coordinate shipments and confirm receipt of product
• Monitor inventory levels and assist Account Managers with reconciling inventory variances
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring any issues with orders, transfers and/or inventory movement are resolved

What we’re looking for:

• High School graduate or GED required
• Top notch customer service (1+ years preferred) and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail, with the ability to understand, follow, and give precise written and verbal instructions
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, as the employee will occasionally need to work weekends and holidays to backup other teammates during time off and/or leave of absence
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written formats
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality
• Proficient computer skills (knowledge of SAP is a plus)
• Longevity in employment history
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check within company and accreditation standards
