Customer Care Trainee – Key Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare official letters, formal correspondence, and client communications on behalf of the company.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners, responding to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email in a timely and professional manner to ensure continuous engagement and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department to verify outstanding balances, confirm payment status, and communicate with clients regarding overdue amounts.
- Register projects on the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning (MoHUP) platform, ensuring accurate submission of required data and documents.
- Draft and coordinate contracts/agreements with project consultants and contractors before project commencement to support and obtain necessary Ministry approvals.
- Liaise with MoHUP for approvals, clarifications, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of required procedures.
- Coordinate with banks to fulfill registration requirements, submit requested documents, and follow up until registration is finalized.
- Coordinate with the videography/photography team to schedule and manage project documentation, ensuring consistent progress updates.
- Prepare and send project progress reports to clients, including sharing project-specific videos for their units, and maintain proper records and archiving.
- Publish and manage leasing and resale advertisements across various platforms, ensuring listings are accurate, updated, and aligned with project status (photos/videos, descriptions, pricing, availability).
- Handle and qualify leasing/resale inquiries, coordinate property viewings, and follow up with clients and internal teams to support closing.
- Prepare and submit business proposals, capability statements, company profiles, pitch decks, and commercial documents (e.g., LOIs, MoUs) in coordination with internal teams.
- Maintain a strong working relationship with the property management company, acting as the main point of contact, and respond promptly to their requirements and requests to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of information/documents.
