Job Responsibilities:

•Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information, support, and issue resolution to customers.

•Make outbound calls for follow-ups, telesales, feedback, or customer updates.

•Maintain call logs and update customer information in the CRM system.

•Provide professional and polite customer service at all times.

•Achieve sales targets if required (telesales/upselling).

•Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in Call Center, Customer Service, or Telesales.
  • Strong communication and telephone-handling skills.
  • Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls confidently.
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM or call-logging software.
  • Positive, patient, and problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
