Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Chat Support (Ad Posting) to join our marketing team at Ibex Dynamics. The primary responsibility of this role is to create, manage, and optimize ad listings on Facebook Marketplace and other classified platforms to drive traffic, generate leads, and improve brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and publish product/service listings daily on Facebook Marketplace.
• Monitor performance of posted ads and update content to maintain visibility.
• Use compelling copywriting and high-quality images to attract engagement.
• Respond to inquiries and forward leads to the relevant sales or support teams.
• Repost ads as needed to ensure maximum visibility.
• Report weekly metrics such as reach, response rate, and conversion trends.
• Identify trends, competitor strategies, and suggest improvements.
• Maintain organized documentation of posts, schedules, and analytics.
• Ensure all listings follow platform guidelines and company branding.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Facebook Marketplace and online ad posting (1+ year preferred).
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, classified ads, and lead generation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured posting schedules.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with graphic tools like Canva or basic photo editing (a plus).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive and responsive to potential buyer inquiries.
