Customer Closing & Verification Officer

Job Description:
We are hiring a Customer Closing & Verification Officer to join our team for an in-house campaign. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, capable of handling customer calls professionally, and skilled in verifying details as well as closing leads. This role requires confidence, clarity in speech, and the ability to meet assigned targets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound and inbound verification calls
• Communicate with customers in a professional and convincing manner
• Confirm and update customer information accurately
• Close potential leads and achieve daily/weekly targets
• Maintain proper call records and follow performance guidelines
• Adhere to call scripts and company compliance standards

Requirements:

• Good spoken English
• Experience in telesales, closures, or verification (preferred)
• Strong listening and objection-handling skills
• Independent, confident, and target-driven personality
• Punctual and professional at work
