We are looking for a dedicated Customer Co-ordinator to be the vital link between our customers and our internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Customer Communication : Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional responses via phone, email, and chat.

2. Order Management : Processing customer orders accurately, tracking their status, and coordinating with the logistics and production departments for timely delivery.

3. Issue Resolution : Investigating and resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex problems when necessary, and maintaining a positive customer relationship throughout the process.
