We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Credit Analyst to join our finance and customer accounts team.
Duties
- Review and evaluate new and existing customer credit applications.
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, trade references, and payment histories.
- Determine creditworthiness and recommend appropriate credit limits.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and proactively communicate on past-due accounts.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to resolve credit or billing issues.
- Recommend credit holds, risk mitigation strategies, and policy improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of credit decisions and customer financial data.
- Support month-end closing activities related to AR and credit functions.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in credit analysis, financial analysis, or accounts receivable
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel required

- Power BI
- MS Dynamics
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems common in aviation or manufacturing
- Knowledge of aviation industry billing, documentation, or customer account structures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
