Customer Data Verifier & Lead Closer

We are seeking reliable and confident individuals to join our team as Customer Data Verifier & Lead Closer. This role involves verifying customer information, making follow-up calls, and closing leads through effective communication and strong convincing skills.

Role Responsibilities:

• Verify customer data and ensure accuracy in records
• Conduct outbound calls following company guidelines
• Follow up with potential clients and convert warm leads
• Achieve daily/weekly targets and maintain quality standards
• Provide basic customer assistance when required

Candidate Requirements:

• Clear and confident communication skills
• Strong follow-up and closing abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Previous experience in verification or closing is an advantage
