Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate resolutions.
• Assist customers via email, chat, and phone with a focus on empathy and clarity.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Production, and Logistics teams to address customer concerns.
• Collect and document customer feedback to help improve products and services.
• Work with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a high standard of communication and professionalism in all interactions.
