What will you do?

• Partner with Implementation teams to assess and address customer training needs.

• Develop and maintain training content, playbooks, and curated e-learning modules for strategic customers.

• Conduct engaging virtual and on-site training sessions.

• Design quizzes, assessments, and certifications to measure training effectiveness.

• Continuously refine enablement materials based on customer feedback and product updates.

• Collaborate with Product teams to capture and share best practices across modules.

• Explore opportunities to enhance training efficiency by leveraging tools—especially AI—to reduce training time.

You should apply if

• 5+ years of experience in training, enablement, or instructional design.

• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

• Hands-on experience with LMS tools or e-learning platforms.

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly learning material.

• Background in SaaS products or project management tools preferred.
