We are expanding our Commercial Division and looking for a confident and persuasive Client Engagement Specialist to connect with business owners, investors, and corporate tenants across Dubai’s commercial property market.


Role Overview

The Client Engagement Specialist is responsible for initiating high-quality conversations with potential clients and identifying commercial property requirements across offices, retail, and warehouses. You will be the first point of contact representing the Banke brand and play a key role in generating qualified opportunities for our commercial brokers.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong business awareness, and the ability to build trust quickly with decision-makers.


Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in telesales, client relations, or real estate support roles (B2B preferred)
  • Excellent English communication skills (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
  • Confident speaking with business owners and professionals
  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling ability
  • Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • CRM experience is an advantage
