Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage customer orders, handle queries, and oversee the complete order fulfillment cycle. This role is customer-facing and requires clear communication, attention to detail, and comfort with digital tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer orders and inquiries primarily via WhatsApp
- Coordinate the end-to-end order fulfillment process
- Update and manage orders on Shopify, ERP systems, and Excel
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Communicate order status, delays, or changes clearly to customers
- Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service quality
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle different customer personalities with patience and professionalism
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel, and online order management systems
- Prior experience in hospitality, food service, e-commerce, or customer support preferred
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
