Customer Engagement Executive

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage customer orders, handle queries, and oversee the complete order fulfillment cycle. This role is customer-facing and requires clear communication, attention to detail, and comfort with digital tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer orders and inquiries primarily via WhatsApp
  • Coordinate the end-to-end order fulfillment process
  • Update and manage orders on Shopify, ERP systems, and Excel
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Communicate order status, delays, or changes clearly to customers
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and customer interactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service quality

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle different customer personalities with patience and professionalism
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel, and online order management systems
  • Prior experience in hospitality, food service, e-commerce, or customer support preferred
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions:

  • Shift-based role (including weekends, as required)
  • On-site position
