Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary engagement interface with customer stakeholders in Oman
  • Support leadership interactions: SteerCo, governance forums, service reviews
  • Translate customer expectations into actionable inputs for delivery teams
  • Provide oversight across application development, testing, operations, and managed services
  • Support incident management, escalations, and service improvement discussions
  • Ensure adherence to IT processes, SLAs, and managed services best practices
  • Delivery Governance
  • Support estimation, planning, risks & dependencies, and Agile delivery.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to the team members
  • Project Management Skills
  • Practical knowledge of:
  • hybrid delivery models
  • Project planning, estimation, and dependency management
  • Experience coordinating with multiple vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Improved customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Clear, effective customer communication and fewer escalations
  • Strong alignment between customer expectations and delivery outcomes
  • Positive feedback from customer leadership and internal delivery teams.
