Prime BPO 5 is hiring Customer Engagement Specialists (CES) for outbound US sales campaigns. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and experienced call center agents looking for growth and uncapped earnings.

Responsibilities:

• Promote products/services and close sales
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain professional call quality and compliance

Requirements:

• 6 months experience in US sales campaign OR fresh graduates with excellent English
• Willing to work night shift
• Not a student or employed elsewhere
