Customer Engagement Staff (Female) – Café

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and well-presented female Customer Engagement Staff to join our café team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for customers, engaging with them at tables/counter, and encouraging upselling to enhance their overall visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a warm and professional manner
• Assist customers with menu recommendations and specials
• Actively promote add-ons, combos, and upsell items to increase sales
• Ensure customers feel comfortable and well taken care of during their visit
• Handle basic customer queries and provide excellent service support
• Coordinate with barista and kitchen staff for smooth service flow
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in customer areas

Requirements

• Female candidate preferred (for customer-facing engagement role)
• Previous experience in hospitality, café, or retail is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, confident, and customer-friendly personality
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic English and Arabic required
