We are hiring a confident, customer-friendly team member who will manage customer communication through social media and phone calls, and create simple UGC-style jewellery videos. This is a frontline role focused on customer engagement and content creation.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Contact
- Call customers daily using the list provided by the CRM Admin.
- Respond quickly to all Instagram/TikTok/WhatsApp DMs.
- Assist with enquiries, follow-ups, and drive store visits.
- Provide product information and guide customers to collections.
- Maintain a daily log of calls, leads, and conversions.
UGC Content Creation
- Create natural, simple jewellery videos (try-ons, showcases, reels).
- Record customer testimonial videos (with permission).
- Edit quick reels using mobile apps like CapCut.
- Capture photos/videos of new arrivals and store activities.
Posting & Engagement
- Upload content as directed by the marketing team.
- Engage with comments and messages on social platforms.
- Support in-store campaigns, events, and promotions.
Requirements
- Arabic language is mandatory (spoken + reading preferred).
- Good English communication.
- Confident on camera, presentable, and comfortable creating videos.
- Basic mobile video editing skills.
- Friendly personality with strong customer-handling skills.
- Must be based inside the store full-time.
