Customer Enrollment Associate

Our team at DB Management Group is expanding in Fort Myers, FL, and we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Enrollment Associate representing Quantum Fiber. With demand for high-speed fiber internet and home connectivity services exponentially increasing, we are seeking candidates who enjoy working with customers in fast-paced sales environments. In so doing, help us achieve our goal of successfully grounding our team in the Fort Myers market.

As a Customer Enrollment Associate, you will directly interact with customers, promote Quantum Fiber internet services, assist them make the best decisions to choose faster and more reliable internet connections they can trust. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in sales, customer-facing roles, telecommunications and business development. We provide training and mentorship for our Customer Enrollment Associate.

Your Responsibilities as a Customer Enrollment Associate

• You will engage with customers directly and introduce Quantum Fiber internet services and connectivity solutions
• Build and maintain cordial relationships with customers to secure sales through guiding them from fiber internet enrolment, account setup to the service activation process
• Confidently explain products and services to customers and answer questions or concerns they may have
• Track and accurately document your sales and customer interactions and account updates
• Attend ongoing trainings and mentorship sessions dedicated to Customer Enrollment Associate (Entry Level)s to enhance your sales and customer service skills
• Work with team members to meet your daily and weekly sales goals
• Represent DB Management Group professionally and ethically

Qualifications of a Customer Enrollment Associate

• Previous experience in sales, customer service or telecommunications beneficial but not a requirement - we will provide you with trainings
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable speaking directly with customers
• Reliable, able to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $800.00 - $1,400.00 per week
