Customer Enrollment Associate – Renewable Energy

Our client is actively hiring full-time Customer Enrollment Associates in the Burr Ridge, IL area to support a growing renewable energy campaign focused on customer outreach, enrollment assistance, and brand awareness inside retail event locations.

This is a W2, full-time position with paid training, weekly pay, and opportunities for performance bonuses and uncapped commissions. We are looking for outgoing, motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, building confidence in communication, and developing professional sales and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation for this role ranges from $700–$1,500+ per week based on base pay, performance bonuses, and completed customer enrollments.

Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, events, promotions, marketing, fundraising, telecommunications, or energy programs is helpful but not required. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Represent renewable energy and clean energy programs inside retail locations and local event settings
  • Educate customers on available energy service options and enrollment promotions
  • Assist customers with account setup and enrollment completion
  • Build positive customer relationships through face-to-face communication
  • Learn customer acquisition strategies, lead generation techniques, and enrollment processes
  • Answer customer questions regarding energy plans, pricing, and service benefits
  • Track daily interactions and enrollment metrics
  • Work closely with team leaders and campaign managers to hit weekly goals
  • Participate in paid training focused on communication, sales strategy, compliance, and customer engagement
  • Maintain a professional image while representing client campaigns in the local Houston market

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Full-time availability required
  • Weekend availability required
  • Reliable transportation throughout the Houston area required
  • Comfortable standing and working on your feet during shifts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in retail environments and interact with customers throughout the day
