Responsibilities of a Customer Enrollment Representative:
- As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers, expertly guiding them through the sales process for Frontier Communications products and services.
- Conduct engaging face-to-face consultations to understand customer needs and recommend the best-fit internet, TV, and phone solutions.
- Drive sales growth by actively pursuing new leads, managing a sales pipeline, and closing deals with confidence.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of Frontier's service offerings, highlighting how they can improve their daily lives.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current promotions, product specifications, and the competitive landscape to address customer questions and objections effectively.
- Accurately process new customer enrollments and service upgrades, ensuring all information is correctly captured in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to share best practices and contribute to a supportive, high-energy sales environment.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest telecom technologies and sales techniques.
Qualifications and Skills of a Customer Enrollment Representative:
- A high school diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, marketing, or similar customer-facing roles preferred but not mandatory
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the sales, marketing, and/or telecommunications industry.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic. Reliable transportation to our Riverview office each day is required.
