We are a sales and business consulting firm seeking a Customer Enrollment Team Member in Emeryville to represent AT&T, one of the most recognized names in telecommunications. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to guide them through high-speed internet options and ensure their service is set up clearly, confidently, and correctly.

As a Customer Enrollment Team Member, you’ll simplify the enrollment process, help customers move away from unreliable connectivity, and ensure they understand the value of their AT&T service from day one. You’ll manage the customer experience from initial conversation through activation, focusing on accuracy, transparency, and trust. While you won’t be installing the infrastructure, you’ll be the person who makes sure customers feel informed and supported every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Enrollment Team Member

  • Highlight AT&T internet and wireless solutions through sales efforts that showcase speed, reliability, and everyday digital benefits.
  • Assess household connectivity requirements and recommend internet packages that fit streaming, gaming, work, and lifestyle needs.
  • Facilitate account services including activations, upgrades, and plan adjustments, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth setup.
  • Address customer concerns by clarifying product features, troubleshooting basic issues, and escalating complex cases to technical teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions, preferences, and service milestones to support retention and compliance.
  • Assist in promotional campaigns by supporting launches, seasonal offers, and community initiatives that build visibility and trust.

What We’re Looking For in a Customer Enrollment Team Member

  • High school diploma or GED required; coursework in communications, business, or marketing is preferred.
  • Experience in sales, customer support, or account support, ideally within telecom, technology, or subscription‑based services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and adapt messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Organized, proactive, and collaborative, with a mindset geared toward continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms and digital tools to manage service records, monitor engagement, and streamline workflows.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
