Customer Evidence Creative Producer

RedCloud seeks a Customer Evidence Creative Producer to support immediate client operations. Overview:
Seeking a skilled creative producer who is a self-starter and has experience supporting written and visual storytelling. This person will work closely with project managers, copywriters and other creative stakeholders

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Experience in managing large-scale content production projects or programs.
• Manages cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Drives strategic vision, creative direction, and execution.
• Ensures brand alignment and high-quality deliverables.
• Communicates with senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and external customers.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Creating and producing customer stories in various formats for events, websites, social media, blogs, etc.
• Collaborating with product marketing and stakeholders to meet business objectives and highlight Microsoft's competitive advantage.
• Engaging with customers to understand their use scenarios and industry trends for story creation.
• Aligning teams, managing risks, setting content delivery expectations, and balancing deadlines with business needs.
• Producing B2B content to support sales pipelines, especially in the software sector.
• Transforming buyer insights and trends into valuable marketing content.

Compensation range for position is $ 135,000 – 164,000 DOE.
