Role Overview
We are a growing jewelry brand specializing in premium designs and personalized customer experiences. We are looking for an experienced Customer Executive – Private Sales with strong sales expertise and proven experience handling U.S.-based clients. The role involves managing high-value customers, driving private sales, and delivering exceptional end-to-end service in the jewelry segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage private and high-value jewelry customers through personalized sales interactions
- Drive sales of jewelry products (silver, gold, vermeil, etc.) via calls, chats, emails, and virtual consultations
- Handle U.S. clients with professionalism, understanding their buying behavior, expectations, and time zones
- Guide customers on product selection, sizing, metal types, stones, pricing, and care
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful sales while meeting revenue targets
- Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, logistics, customer support) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Handle customer queries related to customization, delivery, returns, and after-sales support
- Maintain accurate customer and sales data using CRM tools
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or customer executive roles, preferably in jewelry, fashion, or luxury retail
- Proven track record in private or high-touch sales
- Mandatory experience working with U.S. clients
- Strong knowledge of jewelry products, including metals, gemstones, and basic pricing concepts
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with D2C jewelry brands or luxury retail (e.g., GIVA, Melorra, BlueStone, etc.)
- Experience in virtual selling or online private consultations
- Familiarity with CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and e-commerce platforms
- Customer-first mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
