Role Overview

We are a growing jewelry brand specializing in premium designs and personalized customer experiences. We are looking for an experienced Customer Executive – Private Sales with strong sales expertise and proven experience handling U.S.-based clients. The role involves managing high-value customers, driving private sales, and delivering exceptional end-to-end service in the jewelry segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage private and high-value jewelry customers through personalized sales interactions
  • Drive sales of jewelry products (silver, gold, vermeil, etc.) via calls, chats, emails, and virtual consultations
  • Handle U.S. clients with professionalism, understanding their buying behavior, expectations, and time zones
  • Guide customers on product selection, sizing, metal types, stones, pricing, and care
  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful sales while meeting revenue targets
  • Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, logistics, customer support) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Handle customer queries related to customization, delivery, returns, and after-sales support
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales data using CRM tools

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or customer executive roles, preferably in jewelry, fashion, or luxury retail
  • Proven track record in private or high-touch sales
  • Mandatory experience working with U.S. clients
  • Strong knowledge of jewelry products, including metals, gemstones, and basic pricing concepts
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management skills
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with D2C jewelry brands or luxury retail (e.g., GIVA, Melorra, BlueStone, etc.)
  • Experience in virtual selling or online private consultations
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and e-commerce platforms
  • Customer-first mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,015.77 per month
