Schedule: Monday–Friday, Service Hours Only Earning Potential: $70,000–$120,000+ Location: Suntrup Automotive Group (Multiple Stores)
The Customer Experience Associate is a relationship‑driven, customer‑facing role inside our service department. You will help customers explore options that improve their ownership experience — including upgrading to newer vehicles or adding protection products that save them money long‑term.
This is not a traditional sales job. It’s a hospitality‑focused role for someone who enjoys talking to people and thrives in a fast‑moving environment.
Engage service customers in person throughout the day
Use our digital tools to review customer insights and opportunities
Present upgrade paths or ownership solutions
Explain protection products and service contract options
Coordinate with sales staff to finalize vehicle purchases
Follow up with customers using our CRM + AI tools
Maintain a polished, professional presence in the service lane
$70,000–$120,000+ earning potential
