Customer Experience Associate

We are looking for a Customer Experience Associate who can handle customer queries across chat, email, and calls while ensuring a smooth and positive brand experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and will help resolve issues quickly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and calls in a timely manner
  • Resolve order, product, delivery, and payment-related issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, tech) for quick resolutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Handle complaints with empathy and provide proper solutions
  • Share customer feedback and insights with the team to improve service
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and response quality

Requirements

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce/customer support tools preferred
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats or emails
  • Problem-solving attitude and patience
  • Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
  • Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
