We are looking for a Customer Experience Associate who can handle customer queries across chat, email, and calls while ensuring a smooth and positive brand experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and will help resolve issues quickly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and calls in a timely manner
- Resolve order, product, delivery, and payment-related issues
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, tech) for quick resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Handle complaints with empathy and provide proper solutions
- Share customer feedback and insights with the team to improve service
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and response quality
Requirements
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce/customer support tools preferred
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats or emails
- Problem-solving attitude and patience
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
- Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
