Role Description

Royal Brothers is looking for a full-time Customer experience Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will work on-site in Bengaluru and will be responsible for converting incomings leads, achieving individual sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Description

• Inside Sales, conversion of potential leads through incoming calls
• Handling inbound and outbound sales calls to convert prospects into customers
• Following up on leads and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
• Ability to manage priorities and meet targets on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Participating in training sessions for performance improvement and skill development
• Sharing daily and weekly activity reports with the Team Leader
• Adhering to the assigned schedule and roster as per team requirements

Requirements

• Candidate needs to have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service
• Freshers interested sales may also apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree
• Ready to work in rotational shifts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
• Experience in the bike rental industry is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
