Customer Experience & Booking Specialist – Residential HVAC

Customer Service Representative — Ridgefield Park, NJ | On-Site | $50,000–$75,000 + Monthly Commission

You won't just answer phones here. As our CSR, you own the top of our sales funnel — converting every inbound lead into a booked appointment and setting the tone for every sale that follows.

What you'll do:

• Handle 50+ inbound calls/day from homeowners — comfort issues, maintenance, replacement quotes
• Book appointments, manage CRM hygiene (ServiceTitan/Pipedrive), and route leads to sales
• De-escalate complaints, log every interaction, and hit booking rate targets
