WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Own customer experience across support, social channels, and subscription touchpoints

- Turn customer interactions into opportunities to increase retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value

- Manage customer support across email, chat, and helpdesk platforms

- Respond to social media DMs, comments, and customer inquiries quickly, professionally, and on-brand

- Handle subscription-related requests including pauses, skips, cancellations, and modifications

- Identify and execute save opportunities to reduce churn and improve retention

- Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and sentiment to identify trends and areas for improvement

- Protect and strengthen brand reputation across public channels

- Build relationships with customers and help foster a strong sense of community around the brand

- Engage with customers in a way that drives loyalty and repeat behavior

- Escalate recurring issues to operations, product, and leadership teams

- Improve support workflows, SOPs, templates, and response quality

- Track and report on key metrics including response time, CSAT, churn reasons, save rate, and retention opportunities

- Translate customer insights into actionable improvements across the business

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Experience in customer support, CX, community management, or retention within ecommerce or DTC brands

- Strong written communication skills and ability to match brand voice

- High empathy and ability to handle frustrated or sensitive situations professionally

- Experience with subscription-based businesses preferred

- Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment

- Strong understanding of social media communication and culture

BONUS

- Experience in supplements, wellness, beauty, or consumer brands

- Familiarity with tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, Recharge, Klaviyo, or Attentive

- Experience reducing churn or improving retention metrics

- Experience managing customer or brand communities
