Clark’s Professional Car Care is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Experience Coordinator / Parts Specialist to be a key support role for both our customers and our service advisors. This position blends front counter hospitality with behind-the-scenes parts coordination to keep our shop running efficiently and accurately.

What You’ll Do

Customer Experience & Front Counter Support

• Answer phones and greet customers with a positive, professional attitude
• Help create a clean, welcoming waiting area
• Assist with front counter coverage
• Manage phone calls professionally and route them appropriately
• Provide basic customer service assistance (without diagnosing or quoting repairs)

Parts Specialist & Advisor Support

• Assist service advisors with parts sourcing, pricing verification, and availability
• Coordinate parts ordering, logistics, and inventory organization
• Communicate parts delays or availability issues clearly to the team
• Support workflow efficiency by handling parts-related administrative tasks
• Manage warranty returns, vendor warranty claims, and core returns
• Help protect margins through accuracy and organization

Must-Haves

• Enjoys working with both customers and teammates

Preferred Experience

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Automotive or parts experience strongly recommended
