About the role
Nas Partners is recruiting for a number of Customer Experience Hosts to support a transport operator for Six Flags Qiddiya City, one of Saudi Arabia’s most exciting entertainment destinations.
This is a highly customer-facing role, ideal for university graduates or early-career professionals who are interested in tourism, entertainment, hospitality, or customer experience and enjoy working in energetic, people-focused environments.
You will play a key role in creating a welcoming, informative, and memorable experience for visitors, acting as a brand ambassador for Qiddiya while representing the Transport Company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to visitors at Qiddiya
- Act as a Customer Experience Host and brand ambassador on behalf of the transport company.
- Support guests at welcome centres and during transport journeys to and from the parks
- Provide clear, engaging information about parks, rides, attractions, and events
- Confidently communicate with individuals and groups, including families, schools, and organised tours
- Promote the overall Qiddiya destination, including future developments such as Aqua Arabia
- Answer customer enquiries calmly, accurately, and positively
- Maintain a high standard of presentation, professionalism, and customer care at all times
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth visitor flow and a positive on-site atmosphere
- Be flexible to work across different locations within Riyadh and Qiddiya, as required
Who we’re looking for

- Are university graduates or early in their career
- Have a good level of spoken English and can communicate confidently with the public
- Are energetic, positive, and comfortable engaging with large numbers of people
- Enjoy working in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
- Have a genuine interest in tourism, entertainment, leisure, or destination experiences
- Are well-presented, reliable, and professional
- Are flexible to work shifts, weekends, and busy event days
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or events is an advantage, but not essential — attitude, energy, and communication skills are key.

Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
