Answer and route calls on a multi-line phone system

Keep the front office organized and running efficiently

1–2 years of customer service, receptionist, or admin experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office

Office-based, front desk / receptionist environment

Daily use of computer, phone, copier, and office systems

Occasional work in our sample room which requires you to lift up to 25 pounds
