$18.00 – $20.00 per hour | Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

Placon is hiring a Customer Experience Liaison to serve as the front desk receptionist and administrative support for our team. If you enjoy customer service, organization, and multitasking, this is a great opportunity to grow in a professional office environment.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Greet visitors and provide a strong first impression
  • Answer and route calls on a multi-line phone system
  • Handle mail, data entry, and clerical tasks
  • Support customer service and internal teams
  • Keep the front office organized and running efficiently

What You Bring (QualificationsSkills)

  • 1–2 years of customer service, receptionist, or admin experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office

Work EnvironmentRequirements

  • Office-based, front desk / receptionist environment
  • Daily use of computer, phone, copier, and office systems
  • Occasional work in our sample room which requires you to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
