Customer Experience & Marketing Coordinator (Events, Social Media, In-Store Engagement)

Are you creative, outgoing, and love working with people and puppies?

This role combines social media, event planning, content creator and in-store customer interaction in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Base pay of $16-$17 per hour PLUS additional earning opportunities through bonuses, event incentives, and commission. Target range $38,000-$50,000.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and coordinate in-store and mall events (puppy yoga, educational sessions, amateur puppy photos, promotions, community events)
  • Build relationships with mall management and local businesses
  • Create and post social media content (photos, videos, reels, stories)
  • Capture daily content in-store (puppies, customers, behind-the-scenes)
  • Manage and send email and text campaigns to our customer database
  • Engage with customers in-store, answer questions, and create a welcoming experience
  • Help guide families through the process of finding the right puppy when needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and positive store environmen.

What We’re Looking For

  • Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable talking to people
  • Organized and able to follow through on tasks
  • Creative eye for content and social media
  • Comfortable using (or learning) email/text marketing systems
  • Reliable and consistent—this role requires follow-through
  • Comfortable being part of a sales-focused retail environment
  • Retail or customer service experience preferred

Compensation

  • $16-$18 per hour
  • Weekly social media performance bonuses
  • Event-based bonuses
  • Monthly team performance bonuses
  • Light sales commission opportunities
  • Target range $35,000-$50,000

Schedule

  • Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
  • Full time
