We’re hiring a Customer Experience & Product Specialist to support customers shopping with a fast-growing sports and fitness e-commerce brand. Customers reach out with questions about products, orders, and recommendations. Your job is to help them get clear answers, choose the right equipment, and have a great experience with the brand.
It’s a blend of customer support and product guidance, helping people feel confident about what they’re buying.
What You’ll Do
- Support customers through chat, email, and occasional phone
- Answer product questions and help compare sports and fitness equipment
- Assist with orders, shipping updates, returns, and exchanges
- Recommend products or accessories that improve the customer experience
- Turn everyday support conversations into positive brand experiences
- Maintain notes and updates in the customer system

What We’re Looking For

- Comfortable helping customers make buying decisions
- Strong written communication for chat and email

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
