Customer Experience & Product Specialist (Remote)

We’re hiring a Customer Experience & Product Specialist to support customers shopping with a fast-growing sports and fitness e-commerce brand. Customers reach out with questions about products, orders, and recommendations. Your job is to help them get clear answers, choose the right equipment, and have a great experience with the brand.

It’s a blend of customer support and product guidance, helping people feel confident about what they’re buying.

What You’ll Do

  • Support customers through chat, email, and occasional phone
  • Answer product questions and help compare sports and fitness equipment
  • Assist with orders, shipping updates, returns, and exchanges
  • Recommend products or accessories that improve the customer experience
  • Turn everyday support conversations into positive brand experiences
  • Maintain notes and updates in the customer system

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
