Customer Experience Rep (CER)

Full-Time | In-Office
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Location: Kent, WA
Work Remotely: 1 to 2 days per week

Job Summary

This is not your average customer service job.

We are looking for someone with energy, personality, and a “let’s get it done” attitude. As a Customer Experience Representative (CER), you are the first point of contact for our customers. You will be helping people take the first step toward improving their home, and your job is to make that experience smooth, friendly, and professional.

This role is fast paced, highly team oriented, and heavily computer based. If you enjoy talking to people, staying busy, and getting things done quickly and accurately, you will thrive here.

Primary Tasks

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with warmth and confidence

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Communicate with customers through phone, email, and text
  • Manage multiple conversations at once while keeping details organized and accurate
  • Use company systems to document customer interactions and follow up quickly
  • Confirm upcoming appointments and help keep the schedule full
  • Support the team with a “whatever it takes” mindset because we win together

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills

  • Comfortable working on a computer for most of the day
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Professional, friendly, and calm communication style
  • Customer service, scheduling, or call center experience preferred

Education and Background

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Associate degree preferred
  • Highly desired: at least 1 year of customer service experience in a role involving extensive phone calls and CRM usage

Helpful experience includes:
High volume inbound communication, data entry, account maintenance, CRM systems, scheduling, contact center experience, database management, customer retention, lead development, and computer proficiency.
