The Opportunity

The Customer Relationship Representative serves as the primary point of contact for business owners exploring financing options. This position plays a direct role in revenue growth by qualifying prospects, collecting required documentation, and preparing complete files for underwriting review.

This is a dynamic, performance-oriented environment where communication precision and operational accuracy are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound outreach to prospective small business clients

Assess and qualify opportunities prior to submission

Compile and deliver complete, accurate application packages to underwriting

Support clients throughout the documentation process with clarity and professionalism

Maintain detailed records of all activity within Salesforce

Manage follow ups, update account dispositions, and ensure pipeline integrity

Achieve and surpass individual performance benchmarks that contribute to overall team results

Qualifications

Minimum two years of sales experience, preferably within B2B or high-volume environments preferred

College degree preferred

Strong technical aptitude and CRM proficiency

Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

Highly organized with effective time management capabilities

Self motivated and process oriented

Resilient, resourceful, and solution-focused

Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
