Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Experience Lead to design and improve beneficiary and customer experiences across digital services.

This role involves understanding user needs, mapping journeys, identifying gaps, and working with teams to deliver measurable improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in customer experience, service design, or related roles
• Strong analytical and structured thinking
• Ability to translate insights into actionable improvements
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders
• Understanding of user research, journey mapping, and experience metrics
• Ability to operate in fast-moving environments
