Customer Experience Specialist

About the Role


We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who is passionate about helping clients succeed and providing exceptional service.

You will manage the full customer journey — from onboarding and training to ongoing support and relationship management — ensuring each client gains maximum value from our SaaS and ERP systems.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer journey from activation to ongoing success.

• Set up customer accounts and configure the system based on client needs.

• Conduct product training sessions and ensure smooth onboarding.

• Provide proactive technical and operational support to clients.

• Escalate complex technical issues to the development team and follow up until resolved.

• Analyze customer usage and behavior to identify areas for improvement.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients and share performance reports and insights.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

• Monitor contract renewals and ensure continuous client satisfaction.


Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Experience, Customer Success, or Account Management within a tech-driven environment.

• Hands-on experience with SaaS and ERP systems.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Strong analytical and client relationship management abilities.

• Fluent in both Arabic and English.

• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for customer experience.
