Customer Experience Specialist

Duties

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide timely, accurate assistance with their inquiries or concerns
  • Utilize strong communication skills and phone etiquette to build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to their accounts or services
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries or promote new offerings
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry in CRM systems using Microsoft Office tools
  • Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services
  • Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement

Qualifications

  • Multilingual proficiency is preferred; fluency in English plus at least one additional language is highly desirable
  • Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is advantageous
  • Strong sales aptitude with the ability to promote products or services confidently
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner
  • Demonstrated computer skills including Microsoft Office applications and data entry accuracy
  • Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center operations is a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during typing and data entry tasks
  • Bilingual capabilities are highly valued for serving diverse client needs effectively
