We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience. You will utilize your communication skills to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our services effectively. The ideal candidate will be multilingual or bilingual, with a strong background in customer service and sales.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Engage in outbound calling to follow up with clients and gather feedback.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring their needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry tasks.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools to manage customer information efficiently.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling calls professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support or client services, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Proficient computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Sales experience is a plus, with an understanding of cash handling procedures.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail.
- Strong analysis skills to evaluate customer feedback and identify trends.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Pay: $44,839.63 - $54,000.41 per year
